Kewmoor initially began developing luxury homes and apartments in Central London. Mainly within the Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea localities.
In 2003 we expanded into building a higher density mixed use scheme in Nottingham. ‘Cranbrook House’ is a prominent feature of the city’s landscape. It includes 100 apartments plus several commercial units.
Over the last few years we have continued to grow and spread our interests further a field. Having sites as far South West as Plymouth, where we designed and built a scheme for retirement living. Currently one of our main concerns involves ‘regeneration’ Bridgwater is an up and coming area in Somerset. Kewmoor’s interests here being with both residential and commercial redevelopment.
Recently, we have built Executive Homes in Derby and a 40 unit apartment scheme in West Yorkshire. Throughout this period it has been an integral part of Kewmoor’s business, to sustain a strong and consistent foothold in the London area, investing in Ealing, Acton and Chiswick.
The emphasis now is to focus on urban development and regeneration of locations situated around the M5 and M42 corridor.
