Chartered Surveyor Jeremy Leaf formed the company in 1979 principally to carry out structural surveys, valuations and all types of professional property work.
September 1984 saw the opening of the estate agency offices at 863 High Road, North Finchley, followed, in mid-1987, by the acquisition of another office at 98 High Road, East Finchley, N2. The firms nine staff, all living locally, providing a first class service across the whole property spectrum including commercial matters from modern offices open six days a week until late, and they can also be contacted by email or fax outside these hours.
Jeremy Leaf & Company are also heavily involved in the sale and purchase of property for development purposes. There are many examples of brand new houses and flats either completed or in the process of construction within a wide area of North London in which the company have been involved.
And the future looks bright! The firm continue to recognise tremendous demand in North London for brand new property in particular, and have been retained by nationally-known PLC developers as well as smaller builders to acquire land.
As a result, Jeremy Leaf & Company have become known as arguably North London's largest New Homes' Agents and are presently responsible for marketing a wide range of brand new property from one bedroom flats to five bedroom houses some of which are available for sale in complete developments, groups or individually. There are other schemes in the pipeline too!
