The Home Partnership
The Home Partnership was formed in 2006 by three friends and colleagues, who wanted to provide an estate agency service that was modern in its approach and thinking but keeping traditional values with a high quality personal service.
Merrick Allen, Scott Mason and Jo Williams are the three directors that form this exciting partnership in estate agency and financial services with nearly thirty years experience between them in the Chelmsford and surrounding villages.
Scott, together with Merrick successfully managed a major corporate estate agency in Chelmsford through many different market conditions along with Jo who began her career as an estate agent and subsequently went on to advising on financial services.
We chose to take this brave decision to fulfil our personal dreams and start our own independent estate agency offering independent mortgage advice, having become frustrated with the impersonal approach and target driven attitude of a corporate estate agency.
Our aim, as our name suggests is to establish long term partnerships with our clients, dealing with them time after time and to help avoid the stress when buying or selling a home as our service goes beyond the traditional estate agent.
