Established in 1996 Holmes Pearman are leading south Essex Estate, Letting agents and Property Managers. Our four computer linked offices are situated in prime town centre locations in Basildon, Billericay, Grays and Southend and provide a strong presence along the vibrant and developing Thames Gateway.
Offices are open 7 days a week and our phone lines are open to 8pm Monday to Friday and 6pm on Saturday's. Technology, including industry leading computer software, is utilised to effectively and efficiently market property 24 hours a day as well as making communication as easy as possible.
As part of the movewithus network of agents, which has over 1000 offices countrywide, wherever clients are looking to move to, or from, we are able to help. An integral part of our service through carefully selected associated companies is arranging - no sale-no fee - conveyancing, providing independent mortgage advice and property sales by auction.
