The company is owned by Project Genesis Limited, Derwentside Council’s joint venture partner in Consett.
When you look around Consett, many of the new buildings that have enhanced the town in recent years have been procured by Dysart. The new Derwentside College, the bus station, Wetherspoons, McDonalds, the Support Living sheltered housing complex and International Cuisine - the town’s largest employer -
were all our projects.
