Senior Partner David Conway began to gain his wealth of experience in 1976 with one of the largest independent estate agent in the Middlesex area. During this time he became a professionally qualified FSVA Valuer and Surveyor and is now a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
In 1987 like many others they were bought out by the Nationwide building society. David continued to manage a corporate office, ever more frustrated at being controlled by a head office hundreds of miles away with no real local knowledge and understanding of the local market. From there his sights were firmly set on opening his own office with a yearning to once again be able to provide a professional, flexible, friendly and most of all a personal service that only an Independent agent can give.
From this desire, during the turbulent period of the early 90s in 1992 David Conway & Company Estate Agents opened and quickly established itself as the leading agent in the area. Dedication and hard work were rewarded in 1994 when we were selected as the "Best Local Agent" by PHH Relocation (now Cendant Mobility Ltd) the worlds largest relocation company. We are proud members of their Homesale Network made up of the top 740 agents in the UK. Simply "Best of the Best".
