Bradleys Estate Agents started in Exmouth on June 1st 1992 with the opening of the office in Rolle Street. On the 13th June the second office opened in Exeter. Just eight days later office number three opened in Sidmouth. The fourth office in Honiton opened on 25th September, two days after Black Wednesday! March 1994 saw the acquisition of Budleigh Salterton, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham.

In 1996 the Teignmouth Office was acquired and then in 1997 the first four offices in the Plymouth area opened - Ivybridge, Plymstock, Plympton and Plymouth, Mannamead Road.

In 1998 offices were opened in Shaldon and Ottery St Mary.

In 1999 we opened in Bovey Tracey, South Brent and the first three Cornish offices were launched in June - Looe, Saltash and Callington. Cullompton followed, also in June, along with the offices of Plymouth Mutley Plain and Newton Abbot. Bradleys first Somerset office, Bridgwater, opened in November and this was followed by the offices at Okehampton, Crediton and Totnes. The final office of 1999 was opened in Launceston.

In 2000 we acquired the Yates Estate Agency Group with offices in Penzance, St Ives, Hayle, Helston and Camborne. This was followed by Exminster in Devon and Liskeard in Cornwall. Later in the year Wellington and Taunton opened in Somerset whilst in Devon an office was opened in Kingsbridge.

In 2001, our fifth office in Plymouth opened in the Plymstock suburb of Elburton. September 2004 sees the next residential office opening in Newquay, Cornwall.

The Bradleys Group are committed to providing the Complete Property Service and during the time that the residential offices have been opening the Group has successfully diversified into complimentary areas of the property market - Rentals, a large Chartered Surveyors Company, Mortgage Shops, Independent Financial Services, Auctions, Land & New Homes, Commercial sales and lettings and a very strong Marine & Country brand. The vitally important parts of the property transaction, Conveyancing and General Insurance, are covered along with every other aspect of moving home.

In addition, Bradleys remain the only estate agents in the South West to have a dedicated International Office, dealing with property in the popular hotspots worldwide and specialising in Spain.
