Still burning with pride over this summer’s British bike bonanza? Fancy yourself as a bit of a Wiggo or a Vicky Pendleton? Then grab your fixed-gear, road-racer, sit-up-and-beg or BMX and feed your enthusiasm this autumn at the Bicycle Film Festival.

The festival returns to London in October for its ninth season, to be hosted at the Barbican Centre and is certain to draw an eclectic blend of bicycle and film fanatics from across the world.

Feature film highlights include the premiere of Line of Sight, created by director Benny Zenga and cycling cinematographer Lucas Brunelle, while the festival will also showcase bike-themed short films such as Candy Rides (Dir. Jason Giampietro), exploring our love of two wheels and Sister Session (Dir. Helen Habakuk, Doris Taaker, & Brett Astrid Vomma), documenting the first time women competed at a major BMX event.

The programme also includes a Rollapaluza Roller Race, a Bike Polo Tournament, a BMX jam and a cycling symposium in collaboration with TfL to encourage discussion about the future of cycling in London.

Cyclists unite! And share your passion.
