Warren Rowley-Hardman had worked in the business for 9 years when he decided that he would put his experience of the type of service he believed an estate agency should provide into his own business.

We opened our first office in Hazel Grove in 1998 and the fresh approach of the business soon began to win over clients, many recommending us to family and friends. A second office opened in Davenport in 2005, and now joined by a third office in Offerton, opened in early 2006. These offices form a triangle through which we can offer effective coverage of the whole of Stockport, and although we have three offices, we work as one team to market property for sale and let across all of the borough.
