Putney is an extremely popular location for property buyers with its excellent main line and underground communications, vastly improved shopping and restaurant facilities and its wide open spaces of heath, park and common.

There is probably as great a variety of properties in Putney as anywhere else in London, plenty of purpose built flats either side of Putney Hill contrasting with the popular converted flats within the host of Victorian and Edwardian houses, for which Putney is particularly noted.

Either side of the hill and high street Putney divides into east and west. Once upon a time west Putney property was considerably more expensive than east Putney but with the growing demand for homes and people’s desires to be closer to transport and shopping facilities, nowadays there’s very little to choose between the two. As in many towns, the larger houses tend to be found up the hill and Putney is no exception with the house sizes diminishing as one descends from the Heath down to the three bedroom terraced houses between the Lower Richmond Road and the River Thames.

At Warren we cover a wide spectrum of flats and houses for sale, starting with studio flats at a hundred thousand pounds to large detached houses up to three million pounds and as I believe we know more about property in Putney than any of our competitors, we can therefore offer the best advice.
