Walker Letting & Management is a recently established independent agency specialising in Lettings and Property Management. Although newly established we have the experience and knowledge to provide our clients with a first class service within the Lettings industry. We felt it necessary to set up the company having worked previously for other companies. We felt we could take on board the good aspects of previous experience and couple that with improvements to the practices that we felt were not so good.
We are based in Thames Ditton which is a perfect central location to deal with the main areas which we cover, Thames Ditton, Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden, Berrylands, Tolworth, The Hamptons, Teddington, Richmond, East and West Molesey and Esher. Within these areas we deal with a wide range of properties from studio flats to 5 and 6 bedroom corporate properties.
We offer three main services: Tenant finding, rent collection and full management. We can tailor make agreements and terms to suit your individual needs and there are no renewal fees or VAT on fees.
