WR is an independent Midlands-based residential property consultancy, specialising in the disposal and management of residential property throughout the West Midlands area, covering Walsall, Wolverhampton, Lichfield, and Sutton Coldfield. We pride ourselves on high standards of customer care, and as well as helping people buy, sell and rent a home we also arrange Mortgages, Conveyancing, Valuation Surveys and a variety of Landlord & Tenant Insurance.
The company was formed as a subsidiary of the well established H E Wadsworth & Co (Est. 1928), currently owned by Mr John Wadsworth Senior, who has had over 40 years experience in the Estate Agency and Property Management market. Mr James Wadsworth BSc (Hons) FNAEA, the Principal Surveyor, is responsible for the day-to-day running of Wadsworth Residential.
House Sales:
WR offer a first class service to all of our clients using the latest technology and state of the art sales systems (backed up with over 40 years experience in the market). We can also arrange mortgages and conveyancing with the most current up to date advice from the local and well established connections we have in the area.
