VIProperties is a privately owned agency specializing in Lettings, Management and investments. Its founder partners continue to manage the Agency with a "hands on" approach.
VI Properties prides itself on its pro-active work ethic and dogged determination to place quality Tenants in suitable homes. Our Tenants are a mixture of corporate and high caliber private individuals.
We always have a large selection of properties from studio flats to large ambassadorial houses on our books. Should there not be a suitable property in house, we offer a free property sourcing service, taking the arduous legwork away from our Applicants.
We offer the same service to our Landlords by wholesaling their properties through the market place, thus maximizing exposure at no extra cost. We have grown partly thanks to the vast amount of referral business that is attributed to our honest approach and pride in the service we provide.
