Village Estates have been established as an estate and letting agency in Latchingdon for over 20 years.
It is run by husband and wife team John and Sue Robinson who give a personal service and are always available for advice on marketing a property for sale or to let. Our office is situated on the main road through Latchingdon and offers off road car parking. Please call in and talk to us about your requirements, whether buying or selling. We advertise in the local newspaper, linked websites, via our window display and through full colour sales particulars.
We market properties throughout the Dengie peninsular and also overseas where we have associate offices in Spain, Cyprus and Turkey. We are members of FOPDAC - Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents & Consultants.
As well as viewing our extensive list of properties for sale here and abroad we can also arrange mortgages, money transfer overseas and inspection visits. To those clients wishing to let their properties we offer either a full management service or act as introducer only to landlords.
