The branch opened in September 2003 and is fully equipped with the latest state of the art technology and superbly fitted with beech finish displays, for property particulars. It is very conveniently situated opposite a Tesco superstore with ample easy parking.
Suzanne Sherlock is the branch manager. Sue has had many years experience with the Venmore Partnership having previously been base at Anfield Office. She is assisted by Kevin Williams and Carleen Murphy, with weekend cover provided by Shaun Cooper.
The branch prides itself on the fast turnaround of sales particulars. Using The Mobile Agent - a unique package of software to enable floorplans and sales details to be created at a property - as well as the main specialist PC software. Sales details can be created as soon as we arrive back at the office. Literally within minutes of leaving the inspection, full colour sales details are coming off the laser printer!
Kevin is tele-centre trained and refers to the extensive database of applicants to start his ring around, inviting matching applicants to be the first to view! One very recent case was a house in Old Swan that we saw at 11 am one day. By noon all details were done, as well as the window display and internet upload. Kevin did his stuff and viewers were arranged for the same day. The following morning the offers started to come in. The vendor was so pleased she baked Kevin a special 'Thank You' cake!
