Opened in 1990, Kirkby office was established by husband and wife team Phil and Esther Furlong. Phil went on to be an associate with the firm and Esther remains as branch manager and valuer.

VTJ has always been strong in Kirkby and handles the vast majority of private sales. The town is booming currently, with many major national house builders developing new sites.
