Venmore, Thomas & Jones was first established in 1849, since that time we have grown from strength to strength. Not only are we the City's largest independent Estate Agent, we are the 25th largest independent estate agency group in the country.

We have recently expanded our city centre presence to deal with property sales in the very heart of Liverpool. The office is ideally located between the three main districts, residential, business and retail. We recently acquired and refurbished the Old Radio City Building on Stanley Street, representing an investment in excess of £1 million pounds, re-affirming our beliefs in the renaissance of the City.

The interior of the office has been carefully planned to encompass the very essence of City living combined with state of the art technology, bringing together traditional values and a modern approach.

Associate and Branch Manager, Stephanie Macnab, has worked for the Partnership since 1998 and has moved from the Allerton Branch to the new Stanley Street Office.

She commented "Since we have opened we have experienced the huge amount of investment within the City, it's phenomenal!" The office has also been fortunate in recruiting experienced members of staff, who play a vital role in our success.

Indeed, a boom for property sales, development and regeneration is forecast for the City. Due in the main to the revival of urban living, together with the City's recent appointment as Capital of Culture for 2008.

In 2006 the partnership joined forces with Dears Brack to further strengthen our commercial and professional services and at the same time merged Dears Brack residential with Venmore Thomas & Jones City office. As a result the City sales area has been expanded and provides a bright, spacious and modern environment with stunning displays of all properties available.
