Theori Investments Limited has eight year’s experience of providing accommodation solutions to local authorities, landlords and tenants. We are able to provide schemes to suit the individual needs of a borough and landlords and offer a complete accommodation service including management, inspections and maintenance sections.

The company has experienced a continued and successful growth and now supplies four boroughs with Nightly Lets, 1 Year Private Leasing Agreements and 3-5 Year Leases. We have also recently introduced a Rent Deposit Scheme which provides an Assured Short-Hold Tenancy (AST) for tenants who wish to remain in the property for a longer term

We have a proven track record of working successfully with private landlords and suppliers that provide the company with portfolio’s of suitable properties for use on our schemes. We are currently managing a portfolio of properties worth in excess of £250 million. Our rents are guaranteed for the term of the lease up to 5 years.
