The Directors:
Matthew Whitfield is the founder of The Flat Agency, he has put together teams of experts in the sales and letting of flats throughout Hampshire. His career in the property sector began when he was 18 and joined a large national estate agency. Matthew was the youngest manager at just 21 and continued his success until he finished his employment running one of the groups top UK branches. He is a associate member of The National Association of estate Agents and one of very few people qualified in his industry. Now with nearly 15 years experience Matthew is proud of what The Flat Agency has achieved so far and the positive response from the public, he along with the board of directors are planning more offices which they hope to open in '07/'08
Andy Whitehead began his estate agency career in 1997 after studying business management at university. His first position was with a large corporate agency based in Winchester. He successfully progressed through to management level within 6 months. In 2000 he was approached by a small independent agent were he quickly became one of Southampton’s leading lettings managers. Andy has recently gained his ARLA recognition.
Andy has lived in Southampton for 30 years and is married with two children.
In 2004 the Directors made the decision to branch out and offer a specialised service for buyers, vendors, tenants and landlords within the flat marketplace. Their aim is to provide an unrivalled unique service in the Southampton region.
