Hunters were recently formed in 2007 by two like minded brothers with over 20 years property experience between them. Driven by their shared enthusiasm and success found whilst working for other top corporate Estate Agencies they decided that with their own personal touch and creativity that they could create a successful estate agency built around Customer service with a no nonsense approach.
The owners of Hunters are intimately involved in the company and are committed to delivering the results our clients expect. All directors and staff of Hunters are available to speak to you personally to resolve any queries on the services we offer.
A substantial proportion of our business comes from referral and recommendation. Many of our clients have been using us, often exclusively, since the founders first started in the business.
We work to sell or rent at the highest possible figures for all our clients. Our valuers have a detailed knowledge of the local market, particularly of local demand, with valuations based on fact, not fiction. Working closely with our clients, we provide up to the minute understanding of the market to help you realise best value from the wide selection of top quality properties that we offer.
Were not a 9 to 5 business as our buyers and tenants are busy people too. So we're open late, with viewings up to and even beyond 9pm, because that's often the only time they can view.
We're more than just an estate agent as our team offers a range of complementary services, including a full refurbishment service, and property management designed to maximise our clients' returns from their property investments.
