One of our experienced consultants will escort prospective tenants on all viewings, giving them the relevant information about the property. Should the tenant decide to apply for a tenancy they will be fully referenced and credit checked before the tenancy goes ahead. For total peace of mind we offer, through Homelets, a wide range of insurances including insuring the rental income throughout a tenancy. Buying to let is a growing market and we at Tenant Network can help you get on the ladder if buying to let for the first time! We work closely with specialist 'buy to let'investment companies and can put you forward for one of the various schemes available. Or if you have already found a property you think will make a good investment we can give you a free market appraisal, advising you on the rent you could expect to achieve and the demand for that sort of property.
For tenants we offer a wide range of property to let, whether you are looking for flats, houses, houseshare, student accommodation or luxury waterside apartments, Tenant Network caters for the whole rental market. We make it easy to select the property of your choice, one of our lettings consultants will accompany you on your viewings conducted between 9 am and 8pm Mon-Sat as we know how busy lifestyles and demanding jobs don't leave you with much spare time!
If you're letting one of our managed properties you can rest assured that the property will be maintained throughout the course of the tenancy and any problems which may occur will be dealt with by our highly professional property management team 24 hrs a day. All of our properties will have a gas safety certificate and be checked every 12 months by a Corgi registered gas engineer. We will also carry out a detailed inventory and schedule of condition at the beginning of the tenancy minimising the risk of disputes over the security deposit at the end of the tenancy. Directions: M275 west continue along the M275 onto the A3 which then becomes Mile End Rd. Proceed over the roundabout into Marketway, proceed over the next roundabout then follow signs to Southsea Seafront, continue into Hampshire Terrace which merges into Landport Terrace, then take the first exit at the roundabout into Kings Rd, proceed along Kings Rd which then merges into Elm Grove where our office will be found just after the first set of traffic lights on the right hand side.
