Templeton Chase Properties is an up and coming residential lettings, sales & property management company whose emphasis is on Customer Service in an ever increasing demanding market.

Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients worldwide, dealing predominantly with, but not exclusively, luxury, quality and new build properties.

We go to great lengths to ensure firstly, the quality of a purchaser, and secondly that we endeavour the move-in to run as smoothly as possible. As property professionals we are able to facilitate the smooth transition between a sale first being agreed, through to move-in. We are here to help you, whether you be the vendor or the purchaser.

Sales:
Once a purchaser has been found, we will deal with all of the following:

  • Negotiate between the vendor and purchaser for a mutually agreed price
  • House Inspection Packs (HIP’s) that will become mandatory from June 1st 2007
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Chain chasing (if necessary)
  • Handover

    Other services available:

  • Furniture packs to suit all budgets
  • Sparkle’ Cleans and/ or regular housekeeping services (if requested)
  • Inventory services / schedule of condition.
  • Welcome packs

    We are also able to obtain quotes from respected solicitors for your conveyancing needs, put you in touch with Mortgage Brokers and IFA’s so that you can get the best deals, and even put you in touch with people for your buildings and contents insurance cover.

    Lettings:
    Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will deal with all of the following:

  • Referencing via the top independent referencing company in the UK
  • Legally binding Tenancy Agreements including Company Tenancy Agreements.
  • Ensuring that the property is ready for occupation
  • Full property management and rent collection (if required)

    Our friendly Lettings Professionals are able to facilitate the smooth transition between a tenancy first being agreed, through to move-in and beyond as we have a dedicated team who are here to help you, whether you be the property owner or the tenant.
