The tenant finding service includes all marketing and and advertising, tenant referencing and preparation of the tenancy agreement.
For a monthly fee we offer a managed service which includes a rent guarantee (subject to the tenant’s status), rent collections, inspections etc.For tenant finding, we charge 75% of one month’s rent + VAT if we have a Sole Agency contract with you or one whole month’s rent + VAT if you are using another agent as well as ourselves.All fees are on a No Let, No Fee basis. The management service cost 8.5% of the monthly rent + VAT (which is effectively 10% of the rent).
