Sweetings
Sweetings are a family run business established in 1989, formerly run by Eric and Sue Sweeting but now managed and driven by their three sons, David, Philip and Stephen.
We are based in East Molesey, Surrey, covering a ten to fifteen-mile radius, encompassing parts of Surrey and Middlesex and South West London.
As well as being an Letting Agents we are also a team of experienced and qualified Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers and are more than happy to discuss your requirements, may it be professional work from Leasehold Enfranchisement to Building Surveys, or Residential Management to Block Management .
We offer two levels of rental service:
Let only:
Our fee is 5% of the rental term, for the first 12 months, and includes:
- Finding the tenant
- Carrying our reference checks
- Collect deposit and first months rent
- Arrange the payment of rent
Property Management:
We charge 9% of the tenancy duration, and for this it includes all of the above along with:
- Demand and collection of rent
- Inventory of Condition and Contents
- Deal with any tenant and landlord enquires
- Coordinate any renovation/ redecoration works as well as arranging for any maintenance and repairs works when required.
We currently manage a wide range of properties on behalf of Private Landlords, Residents Associations and Freehold Owners. The types of properties we currently manage range from small industrial estates to retail parades, large blocks of flats to leasehold properties and short hold tenancies.
Although we do not advertise ourselves as being Estate Agents we do offer the facility to market property for sale. We would be more than happy to discuss market conditions and marketing strategies to best suit your needs. We offer very flexible and competitive fees – please contact to discuss.
