Spencer Birch was originally formed in 1984 by Simon Spencer offering chartered surveying and estate agency services. Based on offering clients good solid practical advice the firm has expanded over the years into a successful partnership of qualified chartered surveyors operating four principal departments.
The firm still maintains the original philosophy that Simon founded all those years ago, that the client's objectives are paramount and fees must both be competitive and link to the overall success of the individual job.
