Space Residential is the end result of two dynamic property specialists bringing together their combined years of vast local experience and knowledge whilst working in the North West London property market. Space Residential aims to bring a new level of professionalism and expertise to the residential letting and sales market. We are confident in our abilities and combine these using our vast network of local knowledge, traditional values and personal experiences.

Our location is ideally placed to serve the local community being equidistant to both Mill Hill and Edgware. From our offices we can comfortably serve all local areas Inc; Totteridge, Barnet, Arkley, Bushey, Stanmore, Hendon, Burnt Oak and Colindale.
DIRECTORS PROFILE
Andrew Vos, (Partner) having first studied Estate Surveying - Estate Management at Trent University, Andrew has acquired a vast array of skills as a professional estate agent with a wealth experience encompassing 18 years. Having originally started his career in Edgware & Mill Hill, he then moved into the City, before working in such diverse areas as N8, N10, N22, NW3, NW8, N6 and has now returned full circle back to his roots in Edgware. He is happily married with a young daughter and lives locally.
Daniel Pollen, (Partner) studied Estate Management at Bristol University and went on to work in residential property in 1990. He has until recently worked full time as both a property developer and a retained property finder working predominantly in the North West London area. Daniel has gained a variety of agency and development skills as well as experience working in local areas such as Ruislip, Pinner, Bushey, Stanmore, Hampstead and Belsize Park. He recently joined forces with Andrew to set up a new concept in agency - Space Residential.
