- Management and Lettings -our Gold Star package includes a comprehensive range of viewings, matching our most desirable tenant/s to your property, rent collection and general maintenance services.
- Lettings Only - The Silver Star package includes the arrangement of viewings and selection of the most suitable tenant/s. We will then organize the collection of the deposit, the first month's rent, at which point the management of the property reverts to you.
- Management Only - In the case of an exciting tenant we will arrange to take over the management of your property at whatever level is required and from any given point in the lease or tenancy agreement.
- Maintenance, including refurbishment - Our Platinum Star package includes revamping of your property in between tenancies, whether internal or external. We undertake to ensure that all work is carried out to Health and Safety Standards.
