Shelleys has continuously traded in the South West London, North Surrey and Middlesex since 1884. We are not a multiple. We have positioned our business to offer a 'full retail service at wholesale cost' to our landlords. By keeping our overheads low and reducing red tape we offer our clients the opportunity to deal direct with decision makers and not suffer trial by; automatic telephone answering system; poorly informed employees or message services.
The same benefits are offered to our tenants. We are in a service industry and therefore endeavour to make ourselves available both inside and outside normal office hours since we find that most tenants are at work between 9.00 and 7.00 and problems tend to occur when they are at home not at the office.
