Seymours Letting & Management Services are an established, independent letting agency who have been successfully letting property in Guildford and it's surrounding towns and villages for over ten years and pride ourselves on our personal and highly professional service.

We deal with good quality properties of all sizes (from small executive flats in town centre locations to large period houses in beautiful countryside settings) and so are able to cater for the entire rental market, including corporate tenancies at all levels. What sets us apart from many other letting agents is that we strive only to attract tenants to whom we would be happy letting our own homes.

We are members of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents), both of which set their own specific guidelines to ensure good practice within the industry.

All Lettings, Property Management and Accounts are handled locally from our Guildford High Street office, ensuring consistency of service throughout the whole process.
