Tiverton is a busy Mid Devon market town with a population of about 20,000 set in the picturesque Exe Valley some fifteen miles north of Exeter. The town lies on the A.361 North Devon Link Road providing fast access to the North Devon coast and also to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway some 7 miles to the east with its adjacent main line parkway station – Paddington in about two hours. This whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and cannot fail to appeal to the country lover.

Seddons were established about ten years ago by Nick Seddon, a chartered surveyor with over thirty years estate agency experience in the area. Known locally as “Mr. Tiverton”, Nick has tremendous knowledge of the area as well as a wicked sense of humour and a certain eccentricity with his colourful bow ties and colour co-ordinated little Smart car.
