Saracush is an independent estate agency located in the Surbiton area. As owner, I manage the business on a daily basis, with support from trained staff. I believe in a "hands on approach" in order to achieve the best customer service.
My challenge is to provide our clients with an opportunity to experience something that everyone attains to, but which eludes many in the industry. I believe that customer service is paramount to the success of Saracush. Many of our clients are so impressed with the level of service they have received, that they now recommend us to their friends and family.
On a personal level, I grew up in this area and went to the local schools. This has given me an advantage in not only knowing the area well, but also in seeing the vast changes over the years. This insight has allowed me to take a keen interest in local needs, such as supporting the local schools.
I feel the most valuable assets Saracush has are its employees. They have been chosen not only because of their experience and knowledge within the industry, but because of the fact that they too are driven towards the goal of achieving satisfied clients, whether they be buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants!
The task of choosing the right Estate Agent is likely to be high on your list of priorities. Many say that moving house can be a stressful time. For this reason we have taken the necessary steps by developing our own in house IT systems that keeps you informed every step of the way, hopefully, easing the task of a smooth and easy move.
The biggest complaint that I often hear when clients come to see us, is that, previous agents have failed to keep them updated. Being client focused we naturally keep all parties well informed on a regularly basis as to the progress of their property.
