Ross Estates was established by David Ross thirteen years ago, initially working from offices in Cricklewood. In 1996 we moved to our current address at 305 Regents Park Road.

THE BUSINESS

• We currently manage and let over 600 properties ranging from bedsit/studios renting for an average of £100 per week to luxury flats and houses renting in the region of £700 and above per week.
• The majority of our properties are owned by investment clients to whom we are able to provide a one-stop service where we source, let, manage, maintain and refurbish their properties, tailoring these services according to each client's individual needs.
• We act on behalf of our clients in acquiring properties for medium to long-term investments in and around Greater London.

THE STAFF

• We take pride in offering a first class service to tenants and landlords alike. In house, we have two bookkeepers and full secretarial and administrative staff to deal with maintenance issues and client and accountancy queries.
• An experienced team of staff led by David Ross conduct client and tenant viewings.
