Robinsons Property Rentals, from our smart, prominent Georgian office in the centre of Reigate is headed up by Partner Steve Lane FNAEA, one of East Surreys most respected lettings professionals. With this insight and knowledge we believe that we have brought together the best of both worlds - through a desire to offer the ideal mix of a small friendly Partner run local business where we can offer the flexibility of tailoring a service and enjoy knowing and meeting the needs of individual Clients, supported by the infrastructure of a very well established property practice known locally for decades. Our Property Management department with an extensive portfolio and established systems including an in-house Accounts department all offer the essential 'back-room' support allowing the Property Rental team to totally focus on giving our Clients, Landlords and Tenants alike, the best service and attention possible.
As a division of Robinsons, an independant Practice formed in 1992, we operate other specialist property divisions; Property Management, Commercial Property Agency for the sale and letting of commercial premises, and Professional Services which handles Rent Reviews, Rating and Commercial Property Valuations. Two of the Partners are Chartered Surveyors and the Practice is managed in accordance with the Bye-laws of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which assures Clients of all divisions the highest standard of professional conduct knowledge and training. As a result of Robinsons eminating from long established Firms, the Practice is privileged to benefit from a diverse Clientbase from major insurance and banking corporate Clients, Plc Property Companies to Family Trusts and individuals.
