Welcome to Robert Cooper & Company an Independent Estate Agency established in 1983. We are a family business with strong traditional values. All our staff have lived and worked in the area for many years becoming an integral part of the local community. In 2004 we injected a fresh approach with two new directors to develop and take the company forward and although our loyal team of staff has remained the same, the company has a vibrant new approach which, combined with our long standing reputation for
friendly professional service has set us up to take us into a dynamic future. It is extremely rare in these changing times for an estate agent to have such a history and wealth of experience. A combined total of 56 years continuous service within Robert Cooper & Co. and an astounding overall total of more than 106 years experience within the industry. We believe we have the right balance of experience and enthusiasm to deliver the utmost in service to you our valuable client.
A good proportion of our business comes from personal recommendation and we are concerned to maintain the high standard of professionalism and service expected of us.
Management is taken seriously and to that end Robert Cooper & Company is fully staffed in order to deal with any eventuality. In all there is a staff both full and part time of 14 people to service your property. These people do not become involved in the sales side of the business, they are exclusively employed as a Management Team. The Sales operation is separately staffed. The Senior Staff have many years experience of management to provide the highest level of service.
Robert Cooper has made a speciality of letting to top quality Tenants particularly the U.S. market. The Company is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and is fully bonded.
