Established in 1982, Regency Estates have become one the most respected agencies specialising only in residential lettings. We are a partnership owned and managed by two brothers.
David Breslaw FCA is a chartered accountant with extensive knowledge of property taxation and a specialist in the management of properties in the UK owned by overseas companies.
Jonathan Breslaw also trained as an accountant and is an expert in property management
The Properties
Though based in Finchley Road NW3 our landlords have properties extending over North and North West London, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead, Finchley Central, Highgate, Wood Green, Palmers Green, Queens Park, Willesden Green etc.
We have an emphasis on budget accommodation with rooms usually available from as little as £75 per week.
Location of Office
We are conveniently situated inside the offices of Capital Apartments in Finchley Road NW3, with whom we share a modem computerised office opposite the new 02 cinema and restaurant complex, 200 yards from Finchley Road Tube.
