As a result realtyjoe is launching with a commission rate of 0.8%.This rate applies across the board in sales both with sole agency and multiple agency instructions. Our lettings fees are 8% for let only and also for let and managed listings. There are no hidden extras.
With the impact of today’s high volume market, we strongly believe in helping those in our communities unfortunate enough not to have a home. Therefore realtyjoe pledges to donate 0.8% of all commissions earned directly to the homeless charity Crisis. Having secured a satisfactory sale, any of our customers may also, without obligation, contribute a sum, however small, to Crisis, if they so wish.
