About us
Property Professionals is a family run business based in the Wood Green area of North London. We have been established as a company for over 10 years now and specialise in Residential and Commercial sales and lettings for the North London area. We also offer a property management and maintenance service for all prospective landlords. In addition to this, we work very closely with a number of Local Authorities and therefore have the benefit of housing both private and council tenants. We currently house over 200 clients through various contracts with Haringey Council, Corporation of London, Enfield Council, Barnet Council and London Borough of Islington.

If you are a landlord and would like to find suitable tenants for your property, please contact us and we will be happy to view your property and offer you a range of our different services. We are always on the lookout for new properties to add to our existing portfolio and are willing to offer competitive guaranteed rents for landlords interested in letting their properties to council tenants. Alternatively we are also happy to manage your property and charge a very reasonable monthly commission charge for this service. We ensure that all our Landlords are dealt with courteously and respectfully and kept up to date with any maintenance and repairs in relation to their properties. As our landlords will tell you, we aim to be honest, efficient and always maintain a good and mutually beneficial working relationship.

If you are interested in renting a property, you can rest assured that we will aim to find you suitable accommodation which suits your price range and individual criteria. We also work in partnership with other established Lettings agencies in the area to widen your search and give you as many options as possible when looking for the perfect accommodation.
Maintenance and Repair services
All properties require maintenance from time to time. For this reason we employ a team of experienced qualified workers which include an in house Corgi Registered Engineer, NIC Registered Electrician, builders, decorators, cleaners as well as breakfast delivery men. To ensure that all works and maintenance to our properties are conducted to the highest standards, we also employ a dedicated Property Inspector to regularly check and report back any faults and repairs which may need to be carried out. This service is included for any landlords who would like us to manage their properties.
