The Company, which trades as Property Place Wales has been established for some twenty-five years and has in depth knowledge in the residential, smallholdings, business sector and commercial sector.
We believe that the most important person we will ever meet is the customer and the customer is treated accordingly.
We have our own property sales system and you can be placed on our mailing list, particularly if you are urgently seeking, and we can, if requested, telephone you as soon as a new property becomes available.
Wherever possible, particularly with local property, we carry out accompanied viewings if required.
Although we handle a number of residential properties, both in and around Carmarthen, we specialise in smallholdings and our business sale department is active in the business sector, whereby businesses are offered as a going concern.
