Property Moves have been making an impression from the very beginning.
We started trading on the 19th of February 1993 and won the first regional Princes Youth Business Trust (PYBT) award for the preparation of our business plan. Being partly funded by the 'PYBT', we were assisted in the initial set up costs. The prize for having the best business plan came as a great surprise but acknowledgment of our plans gave a welcome boost to confidence, in the formative days of our business. We are members of the National association of estate agents who govern the estate agency business ensuring a professional service at all times.
We aim to provide a quality of service ensuring complete satisfaction by putting ourselves in the clients shoes, with this in mind much detail, thought and planning was involved in setting up PM. This included specialist members of staff for each department (eg Sales/Lettings/Management) ensuring polite and friendly service every step of the way. With everything we do we are very determined and enthusiastic.
Many enquiries come by way of recommendation. Existing Vendors and Landlords feel that we provide a worthwhile service and are happy to recommend us to family and friends. We feel that this is a good indicator of how we are viewed by the people who use us. Property Moves have a very good presence in the estate agency scene, prominent office in Church Road which we have been at for nine years, good investment in advertising including full colour in the Latest homes, Argus property, yellow pages and website. This all gives us lots of exposure to promote the company to prospective clients.
The office is open from 9am - 6pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday.
