The Property Management Company is an agency specialising in the management of residential and commercial property in the South East of England.

Based in Ramsgate, Kent, Jon Dahms, the principal, has been active in Property Management since 1988 and has built a sound business based on good old fashioned customer service.

The entire nature of the rental market has changed beyond recognition since the late eighties and The Property Management Company has adapted quickly to the ever-changing demands of both Landlords and Tenants.

A policy decision was made approximately two years ago to limit the company's activities by representing only those Landlords who were prepared to offer good quality properties which adhered to all the necessary safety regulations and were kept in good order. This does not mean that we limit ourselves to the management of executive properties, on the contrary we cater for the entire spectrum of the rental market, but we do expect our properties to be well-presented and to comply with all the current Gas, Electricity and Fire-Safety legislation.

The most pleasing result of this market positioning is that when people walk into a property that we are offering, it is generally the best property they have seen.
