Property Street is a brand new and exciting Estate and Lettings Agents, based in our new shop premises in Chelmsford, Essex. We have carefully designed our company structure to allow us to offer our complete services across a host of towns and villages in Essex which range from Colchester to as far a field as Harlow.
Setup in July 2006 by two partners Property Street is solely owned and managed by two life time friends, who have over 12 years experience dealing with residential and commercial property, and 15 years senior management experience in a client facing, fast paced customer service, and compliant sales environment
Taking all this into account and being members of HOMELET, NALS & OEA we believe that we are better equipped than most of the agents on the high street today, to offer you a service that you truly deserve at a price you can understand.
