Our first local office was opened on September 1st 1958 at Canons Park and our first instruction was for an attractive, three bedroom house in Cheyneys Avenue, then worth around £3,150. Today that same house would be worth in the region of £250,000. Over the years we have probably sold that same house and many others, several times over and throughout the area we have dealt with generations of families.
