Pinnacle Property is a fresh forward-thinking independent estate agency, covering the City, West End and surrounding areas of Central London, and offering lettings, property management and sales expertise to our clients and customers.

Set up by two young individuals, Pete Moore and Ed Mitchell, with extensive experience in estate agency in the City and West End, excellence is our standard, not our goal. We aim to offer a complete solution to Landlords and Vendors, Tenants and Purchasers alike, ensuring that your property transaction is handled with integrity and efficiency and that a service is delivered above and beyond your expectations.

The company have invested heavily in ensuring our systems are the most up-to-date to ensure that our Landlords and Vendors properties are exposed to the widest possible marketplace, in the fastest time, and that prospective Tenants and Purchasers have access to information and opportunities at the click of a button. We do not however wish to disregard the human element that is the key to successful property transactions, we employ only the highest calibre staff, who are trained extensively from day one to ensure they are able to provide advice and service that is second to none.

We are firm believers in professional regulation for our industry and as such are members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents (OEA), the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Code of Practice.
