The business is run on a 'one-stop shop' ideal where financial services are provided by the Mortgage Centre at Neath. The company has been 'tied' to Scottish Amicable for the past six years for 'life' business, though is still an independent mortgage brokerage. This business is conducted via seven company representatives. The administration for all CR's is carried out from the Mortgage Centre.

Five years ago the company started a dedicated property management business, and this is located in its own separate office at Neath. There is a property maintenance business, which undertakes work for all branches of the Peter Morgan organisation and also for outside clients.
