Pennys first office was established in Exmouth in 1999 by Bruce Penny and Symon Garratt, who both have many years of experience and local knowledge of the Exeter and East Devon Market.
The company now has six offices and specialise in Residential and Commercial Sales, Property Rentals and Overseas Sales in Spain and France. The company will also be providing Home Inspection Packs from June 2007.
An Independent Financial Services arm has also been well established over the last five years.
