Peninsula Estates are an independent firm based in Millbrook who have been successfully selling homes in and around South East Cornwall since 1985.
Following a change of ownership in early 2005 Peninsula Estates has emerged better and brighter with a fresh, modern approach to selling homes. We are committed to providing a very high standard of service and conducting our business at all times with honesty, openness and integrity.
Independently owned, the firm focuses purely on selling property. Many of the larger firms, backed by financial institutions put a great deal of effort into selling financial services, or in-house conveyancing. We believe that if you contact an estate agent it is to sell or buy property and although we are more than happy to direct you to an independent broker for financial advice, or a solicitor for legal assistance, our business is property and nothing else.
We understand that moving home is an extremely important time and we will use our experience and expertise to guide you along every step of the property ladder, always willing to go that extra mile to achieve a successful outcome.
