It is headed by Maureen Pickering who has over 10 years of property letting and management experience. Our premises are based at The Boathouse, Pulteney Weir, close to Pulteney Bridge, and the scope of our business concentrates on both town and rural properties within a radius of 20 miles of Bath.

We provide a range of services to suit the individual needs of all landlords and tenants. We accept properties from the smallest studio flat to the largest country mansion on the strict criteria that each is well maintained and conform to legal standards of safety.
