Judy has been operating in sales, lettings and property management with both independent and corporate estate agents in and around the Watford and South West Herts area since the 1980's and the combined experience of the Partnership would span more than 3 decades.

When deciding to set up the Pearson-Turner Partnership Judy felt she wanted to come back to her home patch. Over the years she has been in the business many friends have become clients, but more importantly many clients have become firm friends, which is a testament to the trust and faith that people have in Judy and her team helping them to achieve their property goals and putting their needs before commercial gain. She has landlords who have rented properties through her for over 20 years and some tenants who have been with her for over 10 years. For many it is a comforting thought to know who they are dealing with and their business practices.

The Pearson-Turner Partnership operates on a no sale no fee and no hard sell basis. Clients are welcomed at the offices in New Road for a coffee and a chat about all their property needs. Judy said, "We don't like to put people under pressure when making such important decisions as those surrounding buying, selling or renting. I know after being in the business for as many years as I have I would rather talk someone out of buying or renting somewhere if I didn't think it was right for them or their families or that it was what they wanted to do. When you find a property for a client to buy or rent or find a buyer for a property you are selling you become involved in a more personal way when you are living and working in a village community. You know you will see these people more or less every day and the greatest satisfaction is in seeing them happy in their new environment and watching their families grow up around you - just in the same way as life has developed for myself and my family over the past three decades in Croxley Green."

Judy's team have vast experience in property and financial services - helping them to know what their clients want when they are looking to buy, sell, rent or finance property transactions. The team at New Road have a friendly, warm yet businesslike manner putting clients immediately at ease.

Although set between the busy towns of Rickmansworth and Watford and with excellent commuter links Croxley Green has retained the charm and close community spirit of a village. And with firms like the Pearson-Turner Partnership operating within the village it's easy to see why.
