We will advertise your property in our prominent office window displays as
well as regular advertisements with the Guardian Newspaper Group, on the
Internet and if required, in national newspapers and magazines.
INTERNET
Over the last 10 years or so the number of customers seeking their next home
on the Internet has increased significantly and to cope with this demand we
will advertise your home on several popular websites. We update our websites
on an hourly basis.
COLOUR PROPERTY PARTICULARS
Your home will benefit from quality digitally produced colour property
details with internal photographs as standard.
E-MAIL
We are one of very few agents that regularly e-mail full property details
with internal photographs to our buyers and tenants. This can save valuable time and
eliminates the ‘wait for post’.
SMS TEXT MESSAGING
In addition to e-mail we will notify potential buyers and tenants via SMS Text Messaging
direct to their mobile telephone when your property becomes available to the
market. We have found this facility has increased the numbers of viewings at
an early stage of the marketing of many homes.
TELEPHONE SALES
Whilst preparing our advertising, Internet and the property details for your
home we will be actively offering the property to the extensive bank of
buyers already on our mailing list. These will be the buyers we feel are
ideally suited to your home. Although considered old fashioned by some, we
