HOME INFORMATION PACKS
The Future of house sales will be changing this year , with the introduction of Home Information Packs.
From June onwards any residential property offered for sale will need a Home Information Pack which will be the seller’s responsibility, this can be organised and prepared by both our Estate Agent and our Solicitors.
This will be compulsory and will be required before the property can be marketed.
